The PDG is hierarchical

Physics derivation graph is hierarchical:
  • Symbol, operators 
  • Expressions, inference rules 
  • Step 
  • Derivation
  • PDG
This can probably be used for visualization, determining storage format

The PDG is a directed hypergraph.
